Since muscle is the organ system of longevity, we will focus efforts on maintaining and gaining muscle. Our team includes a fitness trainer(s) that help you understand the what, why and how of exercise. From helping you identify what kind of exercise is best and when to initiate I️t to understanding how food timing is critical to muscle maintenance or building. We work with local gyms and trainers so when ready, we help you transition to your next fitness level. Functioning Optimally is the grand prize of living well!

Our mindset coach helps with shifting how you look at things and overcoming obstacles and challenges that might stand in your way.

With fitness coaching, you work with our team to set up exercise plans based on the season of your life and what you are trying to accomplish. Fitness coaching focuses on physical movement, flexibility, functional movement, and strength from a safety and longevity perspective.
Our educational classes focus on helping you relearn how you drink, eat, sleep, move, and think. We offer strategy around how to use movement as medicine, stress management, daily movement, and more. Our best classes focus on learning in a classroom setting because you learn from other people that you’re not an island and create connections.
