Jackie is a registered nurse with experience in the Accident and Emergency Department, and then as a clinical instructor at a College of Nursing and Midwifery. Having spent most of her career working abroad, taking a role as a healthcare virtual assistant over the past 5 years has been a meaningful shift. It has blessed her with the privilege to come home and be present for her family.

She enjoys bringing her clinical knowledge, organizational skills and caring nature to her work as she supports healthcare providers. She believes that every day is a learning opportunity and chooses to see the good in every situation. She values connection, reliability, and teamwork, and is grateful to be part of a team that makes a difference in people’s lives.  Jackie loves spending time with her kids, friends and family – whether it’s being outdoors, going to the beach or springs, playing tennis, or just relaxing at home listening to music or binge-watching a good show.
