Carmen began her healthcare career in October 1999 at Leesburg Hospital, where she worked as a phlebotomist for 10 years. During that time,she developed a strong foundation in patient care, precision, and compassion—always striving to make each patient feel comfortable and well cared for. After a decade in phlebotomy, Carmen transitioned to the pathology department, where she spent the next 15 years further expanding her clinical knowledge and attention to detail. This experience deepened her understanding of laboratory processes and the vital role accurate testing plays in overall health and wellness. In August 2025, Carmen joined the TNT team, where she is excited to continue serving patients in a more personalized, wellness-focused environment. She takes pride in helping patients feel at ease during their visits and being part of a team that supports long-term health and optimal outcomes.
