It is often said that eating healthy costs too much. Does it really? Maybe initially, there is a cost of cleaning up what we have messed up along life’s way but the fact is that when you learn to eat well, it “costs” you less – less eating out expenses, less illness care expenses, less time off work, and the list goes on. Although living well comes with an price, it as an investment. A cost is something you spend money on that does not provide a return. An investment on the other hand pays you back or has the potential to pay you back big. Your health and you are the wisest investment you can make. Ultimately, Living “well” means living longer. Financial wellness is a critical piece of your wellness plan both initially and long term.
